Emergency Loan – Max Upto 20,000/-

Rate Of Interest

  • 16.2% p.a. (1.35% p.m.) Reducing Balance

 
 

Document Required

  • Photo Id Proof (Any like Voter ID Card, Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Passport etc.)

  • Address Proof (Water/Electricity bill, Compulsory)

  • Rent Agreement (In case of Tenant and Electricity/Water Bill of the Landlord)

  • 1 Latest Passport Size Photo.

  • 2 A / c Payee Cheque (CTS Cheque)

Terms & Conditions

  • Applicant Must be a Member of the Society.

  • Share Money and Compulsory Deposit (CD) shall be min. Rs. 5000/- each deposited into the account of the applicant.

  • 1 Surety (Surety shall be the existing member of the society and should not be a defaulter in any form)

  • Loan Tenure Can be upto 12 months (1 year)

  • Non-payment of the instalment on Due date will incur 3% penalty interest extra to the member.

  • Loan processing charges shall be applicable.

 

Regular Loan – Max Upto 3,00,000/-

 

Rate Of Interest

  • 16.2% p.a. (1.35% p.m.) Reducing Balance

  • Address Proof (Water/Electricity bill, Compulsory)

  • Income Proof (3 years ITR, Salary Slip, Affidavit)

  • Rent Agreement (In case of Tenant and Electricity/Water Bill of the Landlord)

  • 1 Latest Passport Size Photo.

  • 3 A/c Payee Cheque (CTS Cheque)

Terms & Conditions

  • Applicant Must be a Member of the Society.

  • Share Money and Compulsory Deposit (CD) shall be min. Rs. 5000/- each deposited into the account of the applicant.

  • 3 Surety (Surety shall be the existing member of the society and should not be a defaulter in any form & must have a minimum 10% Share Money of loan amount)

  • Loan Tenure Can be upto 60 months (5 year)

  • Non-payment of the instalment on Due date will incur 3% penalty interest extra to the member.

  • Loan processing charges shall be applicable.

  • Unlimited partial payment at no extra cost.

  • 2 Months moratorium allowed during loan period at no extra cost.

 

Loan Against Deposit – Max Upto 90% of Deposit

 

Rate Of Interest

  • 16.2% p.a. (1.35% p.m.) Reducing Balance.

  • 2% p.a. extra (Reducing Balance on Loan against FD)

Document Required

  • Must produce the Deposit Certificate.

  • 1 Latest passport-size photo.

  • Photo Id Proof (Any Aadhar Card Etc).

 

Terms & Conditions

  • Applicant Must be a Member of the Society.

  • He should have any Long term deposit other than OD/CD.
