Applicant Must be a Member of the Society.
Share Money and Compulsory Deposit (CD) shall be min. Rs. 5000/- each deposited into the account of the applicant.
1 Surety (Surety shall be the existing member of the society and should not be a defaulter in any form)
Loan Tenure Can be upto 12 months (1 year)
Non-payment of the instalment on Due date will incur 3% penalty interest extra to the member.
Loan processing charges shall be applicable.

Applicant Must be a Member of the Society.

Loan Tenure Can be upto 60 months (5 year)

Unlimited partial payment at no extra cost.
2 Months moratorium allowed during loan period at no extra cost.

2% p.a. extra (Reducing Balance on Loan against FD)

Must produce the Deposit Certificate.
