We at Baba Sai Kripa Co-operative (Urban) Thrift & Credit Society Limited are dedicated to providing transparent and reliable services to our members. Below is our Refund and Cancellation Policy applicable for payments made through our platform.
Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:- Erroneous or duplicate transactions.
- Payments not credited to the intended account due to technical issues.
- Cancellation of services initiated by the society.

Non-Refundable Transactions:
- Membership fees and processing charges are non-refundable.
- Penalty or late fee charges for any default in payments are non-refundable.
- Pre-closure fees for fixed deposits or loans, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Process for Refund:
- Submit refund requests via email to mailsaikripa.cr@gmail.com within 7 business days of the transaction.
- Attach valid proof of transaction, such as a receipt or UTR number, with the request.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original mode of payment.
Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation:
- Members may cancel their service requests (e.g., recurring deposits or loan applications) within 48 hours of submission by contacting us via email or phone.

Transaction Cancellation:
- Payments made towards membership, deposits, or loan installments cannot be canceled once processed.

Loan Pre-Closure:
- Loan pre-closure is subject to applicable charges as per the terms agreed upon during the loan agreement.

Fixed Deposit Pre-Maturity:
- Fixed deposits may only be canceled before maturity as per the society’s terms. Pre-maturity penalties, if applicable, will be deducted before processing the amount.

We aim to resolve grievances within 3 working days.
Important Notes
- Refunds will exclude any service charges or third-party gateway fees, which are retained by the payment processor.
- Members are advised to verify their payment details before completing transactions to avoid errors.
